Physical health of teenagers is the foundation of national prosperity,the guarantee of better life,recreation and happy learning,and the important carrier of healthy growth and self-worth.A strong youth is strong,the country is strong,the weak youth is weak,the physical health of teenagers is related to the national affairs,the small matters of the people,national prosperity,national rejuvenation,family happiness,the physique of young people is not only related to personal growth,but also has an important impact on the cultural construction of the country.In recent years,the current situation of adolescent physical health is worrying,especially for junior middle school students.However,family,community,school,sports participation level and other factors are the key factors causing junior middle school students' weak exercise participation and insufficient exercise.Therefore,it is an important problem to solve to deeply study the influencing factors of the physical health of junior middle school students,determine the influence size and the path relationship of each influencing factor,and formulate the path of the physical health promotion path of junior middle school students in Guiyang.The main methods used in this study are: firstly,the literature method and field survey method in the data collection stage,the expert interview method and SPSS data analysis method;finally,the verification stage uses AMOS software for mathematical statistics and analysis.The research content of this paper consists of seven parts.The first part is divided in a preface.The specific content includes the research background,research purpose,research significance,research object,research method,research ideas and research innovation of this paper,which lay the research foundation for the measurement and analysis of the physical health influence factors of junior high school students in Guiyang below.The second part is the definition of core concepts and literature review.Explain and elaborate the constitution,health,physical health and health promotion;summarize and study the research status of adolescent physical health;summarize and understand the general classification of adolescent physical health influencing factors and the relevant research status and progress of adolescent physical health promotion at home and abroad,and construct the theoretical research basis for the text.The third part is the data analysis of the physical health test results of junior high school students in Guiyang.Taking the test data of physical form,physical function,physical quality and vision level as the research content,the physical test data collected were counted to test whether the test results have significant differences between urban and rural areas and between men and women,and to understand the real status of physical health of junior high school students in Guiyang.The fourth part is divided into the theoretical model construction of the physical health influence factors of junior high school students in Guiyang city.Clearly sorting out the theoretical research ideas of the factors affecting the physical health of junior high school students in Guiyang,clarifying the variables of each dimension,preliminarily designing the framework of the theoretical model,and put forward the corresponding research assumptions according to the theoretical model.The fifth part is the model of physical health of junior high school students in Guiyang.Firstly,conduct the reliability and validity analysis,exploratory factor analysis and validation factor analysis of the initial questionnaire,collect the questionnaire,test the feasibility of the theoretical model,explore the influence value and path coefficient of each research variable on the physical health of the second order model test,structure equation model test,and draw the conclusion.The sixth part is divided into the construction of the physical health promotion path of junior high school students in Guiyang city.Based on the theoretical model test results of the physical health factors of junior high school students in Guiyang,from family,school,respectively.
