Study On The Influencing Factors And Management Strategies Of Learning Motivation Of Senior High School Students

Lack of learning motivation will affect the physical and mental health of students with learning disabilities,is not conducive to the healthy growth of students.In the past,exam oriented education only focused on students' academic achievements,but neglected the group of students with learning difficulties.The liberal education stressed that it was for all students,with students as the main body.Learning motivation plays a very important role in the learning of students with learning disabilities,which not only affects their academic achievements,but also affects the development of their mental health.This paper mainly adopts the methods of Literature Research,questionnaire survey,interview and so on.The author selects the senior middle school students with learning difficulties from two schools in F City as the subjects of investigation,objective and true investigation and research on the status quo of the learning motivation of the students with learning disabilities in senior high schools in F City,find out the problems existing in the learning motivation of the students with learning disabilities,and analyze the influencing factors of the learning motivation of the students with learning disabilities,and attempts to propose through the class management strategy to stimulate high school students learning motivation.This research is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly elaborated the research goal and the significance,the research literature summary,the theory foundation,the research mentality and the method as well as the research heavy difficulty and the innovation.The second part is the implementation of the survey,using questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews to collect data,using spss20.0 and excel20.0 to collect data for in-depth analysis.The third part is to analyze the problems of learning motivation of students with learning difficulties.The fourth part analyzes the factors that affect the learning motivation of the students with learning disabilities.The fifth part is to put forward some effective management strategies to improve the learning motivation of students with learning disabilities.I believes that under the care of family and school,every student can give full play to their strengths and improve their learning difficulties under the guidance of correct methods.The family and the school build together is advantageous to the child growth environment,ignites the student intrinsic study desire,stimulates student's study motive,strengthens student's study power.
