Learning motivation is an important factor that directly promotes students' learning activities.This paper took zhejiang,hunan and jiangsu provinces,including hangzhou,jiaxing,linhai,nanjing,ningbo,shaoxing,taizhou and changsha,8 cities and 9 high schools,with 1245 high school students as the research object,and analysed about students' learning motivation and influencing factors in the investigation and statistical.Analyze and discuss the influencing factors of learning motivation including attribution methods,teacher-student relationship,self-efficacy and learning strategies,and put forward corresponding strategies to promote learning motivation for these influencing factors.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the background and significance of learning motivation and influencing factors.This part focuses on the important role of learning motivation in learning,as well as the research status at home and abroad.The second part is the explanation of the relevant theories of learning motivation and influencing factors,preparing for the analysis and discussion of influencing factors in the next step.The third part is the main part of this paper.This part is mainly about the statistics and analysis of the results of the questionnaire on learning motivation and influencing factors.The results of the questionnaire show that:(1)There is no gender difference in the learning motivation of high school students,and there is a significant grade difference in the dimension of test anxiety.The learning motivation of students with good academic performance is higher than that of students with poor academic performance.(2)High school students' learning motivation and influencing factors(self-efficacy,attribution,teacher-student relationship and learning strategy)are different in grades and grades,but not in gender.(3)The factors influencing learning motivation(self-efficacy,attribution,teacherstudent relationship and learning strategies)have a significant impact on learning motivation.The fourth part is the high school students' learning motivation to improve the strategy,according to the survey results,put forward different measures to improve students' learning motivation.The fifth part is the summary and prospect of the full text.This part makes a summary and summary of the research results of the full text,puts forward the problems and deficiencies in the research,and puts forward the improvement methods for the problems in the research.
