With the deepening of China's basic education reform,the new curriculum standard pays more attention to the importance of cultivating students' discipline core literacy.In the new curriculum standard issued by the state in 2017,the core literacy of mathematics discipline officially appeared in it,and puts forward higher and more comprehensive requirements for the function monotonicity teaching in senior high school,requiring teachers to improve students' learning ability of function monotonicity in mathematics teaching and comprehensively cultivate students' core literacy in the process of teaching.First of all,this thesis adopts the literature research method,consults a large number of relevant references,analyzes the research status of mathematics core literacy and function monotonicity teaching,then studies the relevant elements of function monotonicity teaching,analyzes the arrangement of function monotonicity teaching materials and the knowledge and thinking basis of students for function monotonicity learning content.And the core literacy of mathematics is embodied in the function monotonicity teaching: intuitive imagination,mathematical abstraction,logical reasoning and mathematical operation.Secondly,the action research method is adopted,under the guidance of high school curriculum standards and teaching books,and during the internship,the author observed the classroom teaching in the school,exchanged teaching experience with the school mathematics teachers.Then the author studys the teaching strategy of how to cultivate the core literacy of the discipline in the monotonous teaching of function,and carrys out the teaching design on this basis.Lastly,the experimental research method is adopted,the author selected the students in the first grade of a senior high school in Dalian as the experimental subjects.The teaching content was the definition and proof of monotonicity in section 3.1.2 of compulsory class B of senior high school mathematics human education.The two classes were selected to teach in different ways.And through statistical analysis of data,it is concluded that the teaching method based on core literacy is better than the traditional concept teaching method,It can significantly improve students' performance.In short,high school mathematics teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of discipline core literacy,consider changing the traditional concept teaching methods in the teaching of function monotonicity,reasonably set up teaching links,reflect the cultivation of discipline core literacy in teaching activities,strengthen students' understanding and mastery of the learning content of function monotonicity,continuously enhance students' knowledge and understanding of mathematics and improve students' mathematical literacy.
