| Industrial Ethernet technology has been widely used in the field of industrial automation control because of its high communication rate,good compatibility and good scalability.However,the application of Ethernet in the industrial field,poor site and bad environment will result in unreliable data transmission.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of industrial applications,network self-healing technology are used to guarantee the reliability of network transmission.This thesis firstly introduced two mainstream kinds of Ethernet self-healing technology: one is the traditional Ethernet loop protection technology,such as the traditional spanning tree protocol STP/RSTP/MSTP,the other is the fast detection/recovery of the network fault MRP media redundancy technology.By comparison and analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of these two self-healing technologies were summed up.Aiming at the improved point that the MRP protocol has the risk of excessive concentration and the limitation of transmission medium,this thesis proposed a multi-master station strategy for fast self-healing mechanism of industrial Ethernet.It supported multimaster station Media redundancy automatic manager MRA for priority campaign mechanism.This thesis focused on the realization principle and modular design of the selfhealing mechanism.Furthermore the hardware platform based on the ARM 32-bit STM32F107 chip,the professional switch chip Marvell 88E6065 F and the physical layer chip DM9161 was implemented.Finally the preliminary functional test was successfully completed and achieved good results. |
