Study Of Experiential Learning Theory In Shaanxi History Museum

Under the background of the experience economy era in the 21 st century,people have put forward a new demand for museums to experience.The traditional way of visiting exhibitions and listening to explanations can no longer meet this demand of tourists.Museums are limited in attracting tourists and realizing their educational functions,so there is still room for improvement.In this paper,the research object of shaanxi history museum after the upgrade in 2018 is a representative.It does takes the experience demand of the masses into consideration,and upgrades the basic display,and adds the tourists experience activities.However,according to the survey results of its experience activities,caused by a lack of knowledge and interest,the degree of satisfaction of tourists and the education effect remains to be improved.Therefore,how to combine the demand of experience by people and museum education institutions deserves research and discussion on theory and practice.This paper is on the basis of related domestic and international research results,aiming at the problem mentioned above.Put forward Chinese museum education should introduce the experience learning theory,that is,in order to further develop of museum education,increase the tourists experience learning,add experience activities.Then,combined with the characteristics of experience learning theory,pointed out that the enlightenment of how to develop museum education.In the end,takes shaanxi history museum as a specific case,through field visits,widespread questionnaire and depth face to face interview,understand the true feelings and needs of tourists,analysis the main existing problems of shaanxi history museum education.Learning good examples at home and abroad,puts forward some advises such as: improving the quality of interpretation service,improving the existing design,meet the demand of tourist facilities,research and development specific experience activities.This paper aims to promote shaanxi history museum to realize its educational function while meeting the needs of tourists,so as to achieve sustainable development,and provides ideas for other museums to set up experiential learning activities.
