Research On The Realization Of Cultural Function In Compilation Of Archival Documents

The compilation of archives and documents deeply excavates the Chinese culture accumulated in the archives,and has unique advantages in the continuation of civilization,inheritance of culture and other aspects through the extensive dissemination of compilation results,so it has an important position in any era.It is undeniable that the compilation work of our country is in full swing,but when the file compilers do well in the compilation work,they ignore that the final purpose of the compilation work is to highlight the cultural value of the compilation results and play its role in cultural heritage,cultural communication,cultural education and so on.This paper is based on the discussion of how to realize the cultural function of the compilation results,and puts forward specific ways to achieve it,so that the "cultural product" of the compilation results can have a positive cultural impact on individuals and even the whole society,and at the same time,make the archives department participate in and help the construction of the road of cultural self-confidence in China in another form.This paper consists of four sections.The introduction part combs the documents about the achievements and cultural functions of the compilation of archival documents,makes a brief comment on the existing research achievements,and emphatically introduces the background and significance of the topic,research ideas and methods,difficulties and innovations.The first chapter expounds the basic concepts and contents of the and compilation of archival documents,and then analyzes the connotation of the cultural function of the compilation of archival documents,the reasons for its cultural function and the significance of the realization of its cultural function,the explanation lays a theoretical foundation for the later discussion.The second chapter discusses the favorable conditions for the realization of the cultural function of compilation achievements from the aspects of the quantity of compilation achievements,the cultural needs of the masses,the social environment of cultural self-confidence and the support of the archives department.The internal factor that affects the realization of the cultural function of the compilation results is that the quality of thecompilation results needs to be improved.In the analysis of the external factors,according to the relevant data obtained from the survey,it points out the low market circulation rate of the compilation results,the problems existing in the work of the archives department,and the practical factors affecting the realization of the cultural function of the compilation results by the users.The third chapter according to the above factors influence on the internal and external factors that affect the realization of the cultural function of the compilation results,puts forward that not only the quality of compilation results should be improved,but also the market circulation of compilation results should be widened,and the archives department should actively carry out the compilation work,increase the publicity of the compilation results,build the user feedback information platform,and the compilers should establish the concept of keeping pace with the times.At the same time,it also needs to pay attention to the different roles of different users in the realization of the cultural function of the compilation results,and make full use of all forces to realize the cultural function of the compilation results.
