The Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Archives Work In Yunnan’s Institutional Reform

Since the reform and opening up,in order to streamline institutions and improve the functional system of party and government organs,China has undertaken seven large-scale institutional reforms.Every large-scale institutional reform will necessarily involve very important archival work.The new round of institutional reform that began in the second half of 2018 has a short reform time,many types and heavy tasks.This will bring unprecedented challenges to institutional reform archives.The archives have a strong use value and preservation value for the institutions,society and countries involved in reform.Therefore,how to ensure the smooth progress of archives in the process of institutional reform and the security and integrity of the archives of the institutions involved in reform is a problem that needs to be carefully considered and urgently resolved.In view of this,the author starts from the work of Yunnan Province’s institutional reform and the existing results,and conducts field surveys on key institutions of Yunnan Province’s institutional reform.Through special interviews with experts and scholars in the province,it investigates and researches the work of Yunnan’s institutional reform archives.The current situation,understand the difficulties in the process of archival work,analyze the achievements and problems of the institutional reform archival work.Furthermore,we will discuss in depth various countermeasures to solve the problem of Yunnan Province’s institutional reform archives work,so as to ensure the high-quality and efficient completion of Yunnan’s institutional reform archives work,and escort the entire institutional reform work smoothly.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is a brief introduction to the institutional reform of Yunnan Province.Learn about the types and contents of the institutional reform in Yunnan Province and clarify the meaning of institutional reform.The second part starts from the archival department,and analyzes the archival work achievements it has obtained in the areas of business guidance,field investigation,formulating rules,and solving difficulties.The third part is to analyze the existing difficulties of the archives work of institutional reform in Yunnan Province,and analyze the problems in depth.The fourth part is based on the analysis of the problems,and proposes countermeasures on the difficulties and problems in the archives work of Yunnan Province’s institutional reform,and how to ensure the smooth progress of the archives work of institutional reform.
