With the continuous development of industry,the production field and modern industrial process are becoming increasingly complex,and the traditional industrial bus communication can hardly meet the needs of intelligent production.At the same time,with the continuous development and application of new communication technologies and the emergence of various application requirements in factor,which causes the coexistence of various networks in the factory,and the "information isolated island" and network integration problems emerge,which becomes the bottleneck restricting the development of smart factory in the future.This thesis constructs heterogeneous data acquisition network in smart factory and realizes network interconnection by using industrial gateway.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the development of wireless sensor network and fieldbus technology.Based on the actual requirements of the factory,this thesis proposes the gateway-based internal network interconnection scheme with Arduino as the gateway,and realizes the interconnection among ZigBee,MODBUS,WiFi and other kinds of networks.Based on the actual production requirements of the factory,this thesis constructs the wired/wireless data acquisition network in smart factory.The hardware platform of sensor node is the wireless on-chip system CC2530 chip of TI company,and Z-Stack protocol of ZigBee alliance is used as the software platform to construct the ZigBee data acquisition network.ESP8266 is selected as WiFi module to build WiFi data acquisition network.MODBUS protocol is selected as the wired data acquisition network communication protocol.At the same time,this thesis also selects the data acquisition sensors for each network,designs and debugs circuits.In order to achieve network interconnection,this thesis uses Arduino as an industrial gateway,and programs the gateway through Arduino IDE.The data collected from the data acquisition network are gathered to the gateway through serial ports,so the "information isolated island" inside the factory is eliminated.Finally,we send data directly to the cloud server through narrowband Internet,so there is no need to set up a local server in factory.The benefit is that server computing resources can be rapidly deployed and elasticly adjusted.We can also design a variety of interfaces on cloud server to access the factory production,sales,supply and management of links with other platforms,and realize the remote control function at the same time.The test results show that the data acquisition network operates normally,and the industrial gateway can realize the interconnection of wireless/wired network in the factory,and the data transmission is relatively stable and reliable,achieving the expected goal of the design.
