With the rapid development of Internet of things technology,the intelligent construction of the city is also the general trend,more and more wireless communication technology is used in the construction of intelligent city.All kinds of intelligent meter reading systems have also been invented.Power line carrier meter reading is a wired meter reading method.The technology is mature,fast and accurate,but requires laying high-voltage lines.Its power consumption is also very high,and long-distance transmission will also reduce stability.With the development of wireless communication technology,Zig Bee meter reading method is a wireless meter reading method,which contributes to the construction of intelligent cities.This technology has the advantages of convenient maintenance and strong stability,without laying lines,but long-distance communication will increase the corresponding cost.It can only be suitable for short-distance communication.LoRa wireless communication technology can achieve long-distance and low-power data transmission at the same time.In this paper,an intelligent meter reading system based on LoRa(Long Range)is designed,which applies remote spread spectrum modulation wireless transmission technology.The core of this system is mainly composed of three parts: terminal collection node,LoRa gateway and remote management center.The core processor of the LoRa gateway uses the S3C2440 based on the Linux system.The LoRa gateway belongs to the middle bridge of the system.It controls the collection node downward to collect the smart meter data,and then uploads it to the server through4 G communication technology.The terminal collection node is designed with a lowpower STM32F103 chip,which is mainly responsible for collecting smart meter data and uploading the data to the LoRa gateway by controlling the LoRa wireless communication technology.The LoRa wireless communication module adopts SX1278 chip design and networking.There is a problem of unstable data transmission in the communication network,so the intelligent water drop algorithm is chosen to optimize the network.The smart drop algorithm is a distributed routing algorithm.In a complex communication network,it only requires a small network overhead.And the LoRa communication protocol has been redesigned,which can effectively enhance the stability and reliability of the LoRa network.The server is built in the Linux operating system of the host computer.The Tomcat server and My SQL database are transplanted and built to store the data of the smart table,and a Web management system is designed.Users can log in to the system through a browser to view the energy consumption details of the current smart table in real time.After successfully building the system,first of all,this paper tests the communication distance of the system,the power consumption of the nodes and the optimization of the algorithm.Then,the function of the whole system was tested,and the test result achieved the expected effect,which verified the feasibility of the intelligent meter reading system.This system realizes the long-distance collection and transmission of smart meter data,which is time-sensitive,reliable and stable.
