Research On The Application Of Block Chain Technology In Engineering Bidding

In recent years,with the gradual improvement of the electronic bidding system,the project bidding has gradually realized the electronization,and the risk of human intervention bidding has been effectively reduced from the technical level.However,there are still some problems in the process of project bidding,such as false information,bidding collusion,trust crisis between the main bodies of the platform,non-standard bid evaluation,ineffective supervision of the regulatory unit,and so on There are many problems such as the lack of contract management after bidding.In October 2019,the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee conducted a collective study on the current situation and trend of blockchain technology development.Blockchain technology is in the early stage of development,and blockchain has been tried in various scenarios.The core of blockchain application is embodied in the decentralized interactive transaction mode,solving the trust problem between each node in the distributed and decentralized system,and the application of intelligent contract.With the development of technology and the improvement of the efficiency of intelligent devices,the problems of low efficiency and heavy functions will be solved.This paper mainly discusses the application of blockchain in bidding from five aspects:the first part,introduction,mainly expounds the background of this topic,domestic and foreign background,main research content and research methods,research focus and innovation of this paper.The second part analyzes all kinds of problems existing in the traditional bidding,analyzes the current situation of the traditional bidding,studies and analyzes the crux of the problems existing in the current bidding and all kinds of drawbacks,and docking the challenges and risks brought by the bidding market.The third part,blockchain technology and project bidding,discusses what is blockchain technology,what is the prospect of blockchain technology in the bidding market.The fourth part analyzes the overall framework of blockchain application in bidding,analyzes the construction of blockchain technology platform,and introduces its functions and functions.The fifth part is to promote the application measures of blockchain technology,mainly through guiding industrial clusters,promoting the promotion and demonstration of bidding market,and improving the ability of risk prevention and control.In this paper,the various problems existing in the current project bidding,through the use of the advantages of blockchain technology,such as decentralization,tamper prevention,high credit,traceability,intelligent contract and so on,the various advantages of blockchain technology in the bidding field are analyzed,the project bidding system framework based on blockchain Technology is constructed,and the application research is carried out.Hope that through this study,it can play a certain reference and promotion role in the application of blockchain technology in bidding.
