The traditional automated warehouse has been unable to meet the application needs of full process automation,customization and high efficiency.Therefore,logistics distribution center has been widely used in various industries to solve the needs of full process automation and informatization,such as high-speed receiving and dispatching of goods,automated warehousing,order sorting and automatic distribution.In the process of design and implementation of automatic logistics distribution center,how to determine the number of single equipment in key subsystems is particularly important.This problem is related to the operation efficie ncy of logistics system and the input-output ratio of application side.If the number of equipment is too small,it will lead to overstocking of goods,resulting in the blockage of each system and unable to meet the efficiency demand;If there are too many equipment,it will not improve the efficiency,on the contrary,it will lead to the waste of resources.In addition to the preliminary planning and design,the scheduling algorithm of goods transportation between systems also needs to be studied.In the t ransportation system with multiple input sources and output sources,it is very important to plan and plan the distribution of goods online.A reasonable distribution algorithm can reduce the waiting times and improve the efficiency of goods transportation in the logistics system,It will result in too many waiting times of subsystem transportation and affect the operation efficiency of the whole logistics system.This paper introduces queuing theory into the scheme design of logistics distribution center,analyzes the efficiency of its palletizing system,inbound and outbound system,circular conveyor line system and destacking system,establishes the mathematical model of each subsystem,and obtains the reasonable number of equipment through queuing theory and corresponding algorithm,so as to solve the problem of the early design process,How to select the number of single equipment in the key subsystem.In order to get the optimal algorithm of goods transportation,the improved partheno genetic algorithm is used to establish the model of scheduling algorithm,and the operation of scheduling algorithm,such as coding,fitness function establishment,genetic operator design,is introduced,so as to optimize the scheduling pri nciple of goods transportation.Finally,the mathematical model of each subsystem established by queuing theory and the scheduling algorithm model established by improved partheno genetic algorithm are simulated and verified.Through theoretical algorithm research and simulation,it can be concluded that queuing theory can solve the problem of determining the number of key equipment in the design phase;The improved partheno genetic algorithm has obvious optimization effect on solving the congestion problem of goods transportation and improving the transportation efficiency.
