Desing And Implementation Of Project Management System Supporting Project Quantitative Evaluation

In the process of software development,how to deliver the project on time,on demand and on budget is one of the key issues in the software industry.Most software development enterprises will use project management tools to control the whole software development process.Generally speaking,the quantitative evaluation of project mainly involves two aspects:project status evaluation and project task cost estimation.This thesis designs and implements a project management system that supports quantitative evaluation of projects.It provides project information management,personnel management,task management,communication management,and document management functions.Among them,"project information management" mainly provides basic information management and project classification query,project search and project status evaluation functions."Personnel Management" mainly provides the functions of personnel information management,personnel role management and personnel status management functions."Task Management" mainly provides basic task information management,task status settings,task assignments and tasks,the function of cost estimation."Communication Management" mainly provides the functions of instant communication management and non-instant communication management."Document Management" mainly provides the functions of file transfer and basic file information management.In addition,in view of the "project status evaluation" function in project information management,this thesis introduces the analytic hierarchy process through the analysis of human factors,task factors and communication factors,which solves the subjective problem of project status evaluation,and realizes the project status through the model.The evaluation method can help project managers quickly have an overall grasp of the overall progress of the project.For the"task cost estimation" function in task management,this thesis uses machine learning methods and trains the K-nearest neighbor model based on real data from software development,so as to realizes the estimation of task workload,then project managers can more accurately control the cost of each task.
