| The 13th Five-Year plan clearly put forward the strategy of implementing the Internet power,including the implementation of the"Internet plus" action plan,big data strategy,etc.,vigorously promoted the development of cloud computing,big data,mobile Internet,and Internet of Things.It has driven the flow of technology,capital,talent,and materials with the flow of information,and has driven the upsurge of innovation and entrepreneurship in the whole society.With the development of 5G and artificial intelligence,the large-scale implementation of information projects in smart city fields such as smart transportation,smart medical care,smart education and smart community has increased the application scope of cloud platforms such as cloud storage and cloud computing,and various communication operation businesses have also increased investment in the construction of data centers.Since the data center was put into operation,company Z has doubled the number of power&environment equipment that is mainly responsible for operation and maintenance by the core power supply professional.At the same time,a large number of power&environment equipment in the old building is close to the end of its useful life,which leads to the new normal of unstable and faulty prone equipment.The existing localized and fragmented operation and maintenance management model can no longer meet the needs of stable business operations.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce more advanced operation and maintenance management concepts.With the in-depth application of cloud computing,big data,blockchain,artificial intelligence and other technologies,the pursuit of more lean operation and maintenance management and the operation and maintenance that bring the ultimate experience to customers service,pursuit of risk-controllable and sufficiently agile operation and maintenance process,and continuously improving the operation and management capabilities of the power&environment equipment of the communication comprehensive building,thus the operation and maintenance efficiency is improved.First of all,this paper introduces the category of the operation and maintenance management of the power&environment equipment of the communication comprehensive building,based on the ITSS knowledge architecture system,analyzes the maturity model of the data center’s service capability.Aiming at the shortcomings of ITSS in the continuous improvement of the operation and maintenance management,the introduction of six sigma management idea has clarified the importance of introducing the maturity model of the data center’s service capability into the operation and maintenance management of the communication comprehensive building.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation and organizational structure of company Z,the scope and mode of the power&environment equipment of the operation and maintenance management of communication comprehensive building,and combs the current situation of each operation and maintenance management process in detail.Thirdly,the main problems and negative impacts of the monitoring management,event management,problem management,and capacity management processes that have a significant impact on the availability index of Company Z are analyzed,and the optimization ideas and methods are proposed.Finally,referring to the maturity model of data center service capability,combined with the actual situation of company Z,several existing management processes and KPI indicators of company Z are optimized.The implementation plan of the process is put forward,and the process optimization and improvement are continuously promoted through DMAIC. |
