| In the entire life cycle of a building,the operation and maintenance phase is the one with the longest time period and the highest investment cost.It is very necessary to conduct comprehensive and effective management of the operation and maintenance phase of the building.Digital twin technology can effectively deal with many operation and maintenance challenges brought about by the expansion of construction projects by comprehensively utilizing new information technologies such as building information model,Internet of Things,and cloud computing.Data is the basis for calculation,analysis and prediction in the operation and maintenance of digital twin smart buildings.Safe and reliable data storage and management are very important for the operation and maintenance of digital twin smart buildings.However,most of the existing data management is constructed by a centralized method,and it is generally faced with data security problems such as data tampering and leakage,and it is difficult to ensure the credibility and security of data.Blockchain can ensure the authenticity of data and the reliability and effectiveness of simulation results.There have been relevant studies in digital twin buildings,but there is still a lack of research on digital twin smart building operation and maintenance management.In addition,the data redundancy,scalability and other issues faced by the blockchain still face many challenges when managing massive data in smart operation and maintenance.In response to the above problems,this paper studies the blockchain-based digital twin smart building operation and maintenance management technology based on the needs of actual building operation and maintenance management scenarios.On the premise of realizing data security and reliability,by optimizing data management technology,building operation and maintenance is improved.management efficiency.The main work and innovation points of the thesis research are as follows:1.Construct a blockchain-based digital twin smart building operation and maintenance management framework,using blockchain and IPFS as data storage methods to ensure data security and reliability,and design corresponding data management modules and interfaces according to data management requirements,to achieve efficient and stable data management functions,and an example of this framework is verified in an actual commercial building project.2.A BIM collaborative design model based on blockchain is designed,which ensures the consistency and data synchronization of BIM drawings through the cycle division mechanism,and uses the SDT method to achieve incremental maintenance and update of BIM drawings,reducing data redundancy.3.A Hashgraph-based Io T data management method is proposed,which uses the high concurrency characteristics of the schema structure to improve the throughput of the existing blockchain,and at the same time introduces the Hashgraph consensus algorithm to achieve efficient data storage in the directed acyclic graph.Consensus improves consensus efficiency. |
