Research On Interactive Service Design In Internet Plus Context

This topic takes Gansu museum public service mode as the research object,through the induction,summary and analysis of museum service contact points,studies the user behavior in service design products with the user psychological demand orientation as the breakthrough point,studies the user interaction situation in the product with the environmental factor orientation as the breakthrough point,and puts forward the basic framework of modern museum public service function,Combined with the local characteristics and cultural characteristics of Gansu,the interactive public service prototype system of Gansu Provincial Museum Based on the Internet plus background was established.The achievements of this paper are mainly reflected in the following three aspects:(1)This topic systematically studies the connotation and development law of service design,and further refines the key points of service design.The paper analyzes the development mode and ways of Gansu provincial museum culture industry in the Internet plus background from the aspects of interactivity,experience,integrity and practicability,and analyzes the development relationship and value embodiment of Museum digitalization and cultural dissemination in detail.(2)Systematically analyzed the classic design cases of museums at home and abroad,and put forward the digital museum design theory supported by service design and Internet plus technology,and analyzed the application value of service design from multi dimensions.APP This paper takes Gansu Provincial Museum as the specific research object,aiming at improving the visitors’ visiting experience,improving the visiting effect and enhancing the cultural value transmission channels of Gansu Provincial Museum,this paper puts forward effective rectification scheme.(3)The digital public service prototype system of Gansu Provincial Museum is established.Guided by the interactive service design theory,this topic puts forward the functional structure framework of the app of Gansu Provincial Museum of Paleontology and fossils according to the modular and engineering design ideas.In the aspect of interface design,we use AI,PS and other tools to make a complete set of interface prototype,and the corresponding interface renderings are designed in detail,hoping to make up for the pain points in the interface design of Gansu Museum online platform;based on the data analysis of users’ visiting behavior,a digital comprehensive service platform with visitors as the center,integrating on-line guidance,visiting route planning,online interaction,online shopping mall and other functions is established,which highlights the following features: one The people-oriented design idea has significantly enhanced the cultural communication effect of Gansu Provincial Museum.
