| With the development of modern testing technology,the application scenarios of dynamic signal analyzer become more and more in signal analysis,geological exploration,fault detection and other fields.Dynamic signal analyzer integrates signal generation,data acquisition,data analysis and processing,and analyzes the measured physical quantities in time domain,frequency domain and amplitude domain.Before the appearance of dynamic signal analysis equipment,it is very difficult to detect the weak vibration signal,sound signal and other analog signals.The appearance of dynamic signal analyzer makes the process of testing these physical quantities more and more simple.By introducing the research background of dynamic signal analysis and the research status at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the research goal of this paper.According to the research content,the overall design scheme is introduced.The hardware and software design of the signal acquisition and processing system,the hardware and software design of the signal generation part,and the software and hardware design of the USB2.0communication part with the host computer are based on FPGA as the main control unit,and the data calculation and analysis is based on STM32 as the main control unit.This paper first introduces the overall design scheme and the design scheme of the two modules,and then focuses on the core technology and software design scheme used in the two modules.The function and performance of the system are tested through design and test.The data acquisition circuit includes AC / DC coupling selection circuit,signal conditioning circuit and ADC data acquisition circuit.In the software implementation,the digital filter logic module,data cache and processing logic module are written by using Verilog HDL hardware description language.Realize the signal conditioning,acquisition,caching and transmission in a wide dynamic range.The signal generation circuit mainly includes high-precision DAC module.In terms of software implementation,through the application of Verilog HDL hardware description language,digital rotating coordinate computer and pseudo-random sequence generation principle,the software and hardware design of the actual high-precision signal source,the waveform output of sine,Gaussian white noise and other signals is realized.According to the requirements of low noise and low power consumption of dynamic signal analyzer,the power supply system uses the technical scheme of DC-DC + LDO to complete the power supply of dynamic signal analyzer.Through the design experiment,the test of each module and the whole system is completed,and the data acquisition part and signal generation part meet the design index.Thewhole machine can measure 0.05 Hz ~ 10 k Hz signal.The sampling interval is 0.01 ms ~ 8.0ms,and the sampling length is 2K ~ 128 K.The dynamic range of the signal is 0 ~ 95 d B,the voltage range is + 5V,and the built-in 160 db / OCT digital filter basically realizes the performance index of the dynamic signal analyzer,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the system scheme. |
