In this thesis, to combine with FPGA technology and USB2.0 interface technology and virtual instrument technology, with basing on FPGA hardware and designing system hardware, logic and system software, which achieve a data acquisition system based on USB2.0 for measurement of pluse signal of human body, and the procedures of the above work also are analyzed.Considering the practicality of the apparatus, the design criterions are confirmed as follow: carry conveniently, fixed battery, low energy-cost, small size, advisable capability withstanding noises and convenience-usage. Based on the above criterions, the system of the human body pulse signal collection is designed integrally considering the practicability and the advancement in future. The design contents include the selection of the sensor and the operation-amplifier, the core of A/D switcher, the device and loader driver design, the method of transmission data and the high efficiency data analysis. Moreover, making use of FPGA combine with the USB2.0 chip can develop the transmission of a great deal data, using QuartusII software platform for functional simulation, timing simulation and design verification in the design process. The application program of system is compiled by using the software of Labwindows, with using the technology of virtual instrument, which made system better than traditional instrument, more powerful and friendly man-machine interface applications. In the windows2000 operating system environment, the use of the DDk tool for the development of an independent special device drivers and download drivers. As was stated above, the author elaborated its applications in measure and analysis the human body signal, and introduced basic theories and technology about application. At the same time, the author bears out the significance of application, with analyzing actual electric pulse signal of human body during time and frequency domain.
