| With the development of manufacturing industry and the improvement of people’s living quality,people have higher requirements on product appearance.And the quality of product appearance determines the competitiveness in the market to some extent.The coating on the surface of the product makes the appearance more beautiful,and also has the effect of moisture resistance,rust prevention and heat insulation.At present,there are mainly two kinds of surface spraying operations: robot spraying and manual spraying.Robot spraying is applicable to some large-scale enterprises with large output,abundant fund and fixed product models.But in many small and medium-sized enterprises,most of the spraying operations are done manually.The quality of products is uneven,which makes it difficult to meet the requirements of enterprises,and manual spraying seriously harms the physical and mental health of workers.In addition,the waste of paint during manual spraying is more serious,which causes economic losses and seriously pollutes the environment.In this paper,based on the production requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises,an automatic spraying system is developed in combination with manual spraying technology,which can not only solve the disadvantages of manual spraying,but also avoid the high cost and complicated maintenance caused by the use of spraying robots.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:1.The technique of manual spraying is explored.Then the coating thickness deposition rate model and coating overlapping thickness distribution model are established,and the spraying trajectory planning is carried out for plane,cylindrical and tapered workpieces.2.The expected target and the design plan are determined.In detail,the design of mechanical structure,the selection of drive motors and the liquid supply system are completed.3.The hardware and software of the control system are designed,mainly including motion control,touch screen operation,communication module,input and output.The electrical control cabinet of the system is also built.4.A simulation device is set up to carry out experiments on different workpieces.In addition,the actual spraying system is assembled and debugged,and the spraying experiments are also completed in the workshop.The experimental results show that the spraying effect meets preliminary requirements.At the same time,the spraying theory proposed in this paper has certain significance for future spraying research. |
