With the development of science and technology,the industrial robot project has become a hot topic for scientific and technological industrial enterprises.The new product development project of six joint industrial robot has the characteristics of strong specialty,high technical difficulty,long R & D cycle,high cost,high quality requirements,strong cooperation,short delivery time and other complex factors,which makes the project risk very high.In this case,we use the project schedule management method and project risk management method to optimize,and strive to complete the high-quality project within the specified time node.In this paper,the management analysis and optimization of the two parts of the project schedule and the project risk are made for the six-joint industrial robot research and development project.For the optimization of project schedule management: formulate a preliminary project plan,define and analyze activities,decompose the project into manageable activities through the work breakdown structure,use analogy estimation and group decision-making techniques to estimate the duration of activities to estimate the project The activities are logically related and optimized and sequenced,the Project software is used to formulate,analyze and optimize the project schedule network,set up milestone events,do time control of nodes,and finally analyze the problems in the project implementation process according to the output project schedule plan And control ideas and strategies.For the optimization of project risk management: We first raise the project risk awareness of project members through training,and then apply project risk management related theories to carry out the risk of the project from two aspects: “different stages of project implementation” and “project elements” Through identification and analysis,the risk factors that affect the project were evaluated and screened,and finally risk control measures were put forward to reduce the impact of risk factors on the project,and finally achieve the goal of controlling the project and achieving the expected goals of the project.By putting the above methods into practice,the theory guides the practice and combines the practice with the theory,and achieves good results in the progress management and project risk management of the product R & D project of H company,effectively controls the time and ensures the quality In the ever-changindustrial robot industry,it is of great practical significance and guiding value for the company to maintain a strong product competitiveness and its industry.
