| The development of information technology has rapidly promoted the development of education informatization and has become an indispensable part of education modernization.With the support of the state and the Party,Guizhou’s education informatization level is also increasing year by year.In order to better guide and boost the development and reform of the county education informatization in Guizhou Province,it is necessary to improve the development level of education informatization in Guizhou Province.to evaluate.However,due to the different evaluation perspectives among the counties,the specific content of the investigation is different,which leads to certain difficulties for educating decision-makers to obtain decision-making data,and it is not convenient to promote the next development plan and policy formulation.How to better reflect the development of education informatization based on county areas and realize smart decision-making requires the collection and analysis of relevant data on the development of education informatization.Therefore,data processing of development indicators and clear indicator observation points are the keys to data collection and post-processing.This research mainly carried out the data research on the development indicators of education informatization in Guizhou counties,in order to provide a more operable basis for data collection and processing for the education decision-making part.This research has done the following work:First,it clarified the observation points for the development indicators of education informatization at the county level in Guizhou Province.First,through the analysis of the literature analysis method,the domestic and foreign education informatization evaluation models or systems are counted,summarized,and analyzed,and then the key indicator method is used to screen out the relevant indicator observation points.And through interviews with relevant professionals,using the Colaizzi seven-step analysis method to sort out the recording information of the interviews,further supplement and improve the observation points of each indicator,and then build a candidate database of observation points for the development of education informatization in the county of Guizhou Province.Finally,the expert consultation method is used to clarify the observation points of the county education informatization development indicators in Guizhou Province.Second,a data collection table for the development of educational informatization indicators for counties in Guizhou Province was constructed.First,through literature analysis,the method of collecting evaluation data and the method of processing evaluation data are proposed;secondly,on the basis of clear observation points,the data association of each observation point is analyzed;at the same time,the relationship between evaluation indicators and evaluation data is analyzed.The analysis was carried out;finally,the Guizhou county education informatization development indicator data collection table was formed,which explained the main body of the evaluation data report,the data form,and the data processing method,and the method and process of the data report were introduced.Third,an algorithm for the development level index of county education informatization in Guizhou Province is proposed.First,use the expert scoring method to clarify the weights of observation points.Secondly,the different data types are standardized.Finally,through literature analysis,a comprehensive evaluation index calculation method is selected and designed to calculate the county education informatization development level index,which comprehensively reflects the county education informatization development The state level. |
