| In June 2014,China issued the "National Integrated Circuit Industry Development Outline" to carry out a strategic overall plan for the industry,proposing to accelerate the industrial layout and promote technological breakthroughs in key areas such as integrated circuit manufacturing.In the report conference of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized: "Innovation is the first driving force to lead development" and "Highlight key common technologies." The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee proposed that innovation is in the overall situation of chinese modernization drive.The core position of the company,clearly and perfect the generic technology supply system,aiming at the frontier fields such as integrated circuits,and implementing a batch of forward-looking and strategic national major scientific and technological projects.The generic technology of the integrated circuit industry,as a type of technology that has a profound impact on the entire industry,has a significant impact on the entire national economy.Technological breakthroughs can drive the technological upgrading of multiple related industries of integrated circuits,help the country to form advantages in new hot spots of the integrated circuit industry and future core products,and become a strategic element that supports Chinese economic growth and maintains its ultimate advantage in global competition.With the development of economic globalization,China has achieved technological breakthroughs in the field of integrated circuit manufacturing,and it is urgent to get rid of excessive dependence on American chips.Therefore,we need to accurately identify and objectively analyze generic technologies in Chinese integrated circuit industry,and invest in research and development of generic technologies in the integrated circuit industry from "overwhelming flooding" to "precise investment" and breakthrough constraints,the integrated circuit industry to enhance the technological innovation capability has important practical significance.This article divides the integrated circuit industry into three major links: IC design,manufacturing,and packaging and testing.Based on the relevant patent data retrieved from the Derwent patent database from 1990 to 2018,the total number of patents,the total number of applicants and the top 20 applicants were analyzed.Based on the patented social network analysis method,this paper constructs a patent technology co-occurrence network and a patent co-citation network,and analyzes the generic technical fields of global integrated circuit. |
