The tea industry is a traditional advantageous industry in China,and vigorously developing the tea industry is of great significance to the adjustment of the agricultural industry structure and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Guizhou is the largest tea production and processing center in China,and vigorously promoting the development of tea industry has been the priority development strategy of Guizhou in recent years.Science and technology is the key to the sustainable development of industry,and patent is an important carrier of scientific and technological innovation.Therefore,from the perspective of Patent Analysis,this paper discusses the present situation of technical innovation of tea industry in Guizhou Province,in order to provide reference for the formulation of scientific and technological development plan of tea industry in Guizhou Province,which has certain practical significance and practical value for the development of tea industry in Guizhou Province.Based on the patent data of tea industry,this paper analyzed the patent development situation of tea industry in Guizhou Province from four perspectives:annual trend of patent application,patent legal status,patent applicant and patent regional distribution by patent analysis method.Secondly,the paper analyzes the patent technology of tea industry in Guizhou Province from three aspects: IPC technology composition,the tea industry chain technology layout and the technology development trend.Thirdly,the comparative analysis method is used to analyze the patent information of Guizhou Province and the strong tea province from four levels:the number of patent,patent legal status,patent applicants and technical distribution of tea industry chain.Finally,the SWOT model was used to get the advantages and disadvantages of tea industry technology research and development in Guizhou Province,so as to form a systematic evaluation of the technological innovation of tea industry in Guizhou Province.The main research conclusions are as follows:There are 3069 patent related to tea industry in Guizhou Province,of which invention patents account for 74.46%,and the number of patents shows a rapid growth trend;Guizhou Province patent applicants are mainly enterprises,universities and research institutes have fewer patents,and there is not much cooperation between the agencies;There is a big difference in the number of patent applications in the city.Zunyi and Guiyang rank high in the number of patents and have strong technological research and development capabilities;The technical hotspots of Guizhou tea industry are concentrated in the fields of primary and refined tea processing,accounting for70.54%,but there are few patents in tea planting technology.Tea planting,processing and comprehensive utilization are the focus of future tea industry technology research and development,and advanced technologies will be more integrated into the tea industry.Compared with Fujian,Zhejiang and Anhui,the total number of patents in Guizhou Province is relatively small,and the number of patents of leading institutions such as Guizhou Tea Research Institute and Guizhou University is backward;The patent authorization rate in Guizhou is low,accounting for only 24.44%,and the patent quality is not high;There is insufficient research on deep processing of tea industry and tea quality inspection,packaging and storage in Guizhou.In order to promote the high-quality development of the tea industry in Guizhou Province,this article proposes that Guizhou Province should improve the quality of patents,strengthen inter-institutional cooperation,cultivate leading enterprises,and expand the deep processing technology of the tea industry chain.
