With the rapid development of science and technology,5g network has begun to be constructed on a large scale.With the increasing market demand,there are more and more domestic communication engineering service integrators,which makes the competition in the communication engineering service industry increasingly fierce.At the same time,due to the development of new technologies,new equipment and new processes such as big data,Internet of things and cloud computing in the communication industry In this situation,how to do a good job in the existing market,have the energy and ability to deal with the new 5g construction market,which puts forward new requirements for the software and hardware configuration of communication engineering service integrators.How to "stabilize" the market puts forward new requirements for the services provided by the communication engineering service providers.The service quality,time limit and pricing should be taken as the conditions to participate in the market competition.The "progress" in "stability" is to enable the communication engineering service providers to carry out new marketing and management on the communication engineering service market to cope with the new competition Compete for the market.This paper takes HS Company as the research object,through the macro environment analysis based on the national level,to get the national support for the development of the communication industry and the demand of the domestic communication market,so as to analyze and understand the operators’ demand for related services;through understanding the operators’ service quality demand,to understand the equipment supplier list and strategy,potential industry competitors,related alternative products or services Service providers,as well as the ability,scale and development strategy of practitioners in the same industry of integrated services;under the guidance of relevant classic theories at home and abroad,combined with relevant model analysis tools,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of HS Company,studies the status quo and existing problems of enterprise service marketing,and finds out the influence factors of service marketing by analyzing the status quo of service marketing 7p tool In this paper,the factors influencing the perception of service quality are analyzed and optimized with the help of service quality gap model tool and service marketing 7p optimization strategy;a set of strategies and directions fully in line with enterprise service marketing is found for HS Company;it also provides reference for the service marketing strategies of similar communication engineering service enterprises.
