Today’s rapid development of electronic technology makes great changes in the environment of human life.At the same time,it also leads to the increasingly complex and diverse radar signal environment.Therefore,the research of simulating complex radar signal environment has more and more practical significance.In the work of simulating complex radar signal,signal generation simulator is the core content of the whole work.Signal generation simulator should be able to simulate different radar signals according to the requirements,and carry out complete simulation test of radar signal with the assistance of other systems.Nowadays,the traditional method of radar signal simulation system is to simulate multiple radars,and then combine the pulses of multiple channels into one pulse sequence according to simple sorting algorithms such as bubble method,insertion sorting method,etc.,and finally choose according to the overlap of pulses.According to the design requirements of complex radar signal simulator,this thesis designs a radar signal simulator based on linear programming software and field programmable gate array.1.Different radar signal forms are analyzed,including am,FM,PM,RF stagger and frequency agility.According to the time-domain and frequency-domain characteristics of different kinds of radar signals,the sorting algorithm of radar signals and the specific implementation scheme on hardware are conceived.2.This thesis focuses on the scheduling algorithm of radar signal.MILP algorithm,which is used in periodic task scheduling in processor,is introduced into radar pulse signal scheduling.Considering that the mathematical models of radar pulse signal and periodic task in processor are not completely the same,the algorithm is improved and a new constraint relation model is proposed,So the algorithm can adapt to the situation of radar pulse signal loss,overlapping in time domain,non overlapping in frequency domain,unfixed period and priority,and improve the performance and feasibility of radar pulse signal scheduling algorithm.3.The hardware system of radar signal simulator is designed,which mainly includes pulse control module,high speed DDS module and DAC module.The multiphase frequency synthesis and waveform storage compression technology are realized,and the working flow of the system,the effective number of signal parameters and the protocol frame are designed.The process first sorts the radar pulse signals,and then receives the sorted radar signal parameters on FPGA.After analyzing the slow clock domain in FPGA,direct digital frequency synthesis is controlled to generate the corresponding radar signal in the digital domain.Finally,the generated signal is converted to digital to analog to generate the corresponding analog signal.4.In the last part of the thesis,the simulation of radar signal is analyzed to verify the correctness of the whole design,which shows that the sorting algorithm of radar signal and the hardware system based on FPGA can work normally and achieve the expected effect of the experiment.
