Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the development of science and technology has brought earth-shaking changes to people’s production and life.On the enterprise side,systematic management,unmanned assembly line,intelligent workshop and so on are changes brought about by the development and progress of science and technology.For small and micro enterprises,systematic management of information is particularly important,which can not only significantly reduce costs,but also greatly improve work efficiency,so as to achieve steady growth in business efficiency.Therefore,for small and micro enterprises,it is very important to have a set of information management system suitable for their own development.This paper analyzes the present situation of commodity purchasing management in small and micro enterprises,and points out the defects such as backward concept,single management means,overstocked inventory and insufficient application of supporting technology.With the previous management means,not only the information generated in each business process cannot be shared by the enterprise,but also the enterprise can not effectively analyze the data,so it cannot realize the reasonable management of the enterprise.This will result in the overstocking of material resources and waste of human resources,and at the same time fail to make effective use of the large amount of data generated in the business process of the enterprise.This subject takes a food wholesale enterprise as the research object,and tailor-made a commodity purchase management information system for the enterprise.In addition,the enterprise’s sales data will be applied to data analysis,and data mining will be combined with the business system,so as to help enterprises develop more reasonable management mode and marketing strategy.Based on some existing enterprise management systems in the market,this paper draws on mature software development theories and design ideas,combines the Springboot framework and the corresponding concept of the separation of the front end and the back end,and realizes the data interaction between the front end and the back end.REDIS technology is adopted to solve the caching problem.FASTDFS is used to upload files or pictures.At the same time to the enterprise sales data analysis.Enterprise will accumulate a large amount of data in the process of operation,enterprises can through to each sales data for clustering analysis,and then the whole sales of the enterprise is to make detailed analysis and accurate prediction,thus makes the enterprise in the subsequent goods procurement have detailed plan,and help sales also.
