In order to improve the efficiency of users’ information acquisition and interactive experience of task selection in VR system,and reduce users’ cognitive load,users’ cognitive psychology and design element knowledge nodes are effectively organized and utilized in VR scene design stage,thus improving the efficiency of VR scene construction.Based on the cognitive resource theory,this paper analyzes users’ low cognitive load demand and good user perceived experience demand,and based on the multi-dimensional relationship between VR system design elements and cognitive behavior,proposes a research method of VR system situational task design optimization driven by users’ low cognitive load.This study first analyzes the relationship between VR system task requirements and design elements and user behavior cognition,then optimizes the combination form of design elements,and then predicts the user cognitive load of the design scheme.Finally,the feasibility of this study is proved by building a virtual reality system:(1)Construct a virtual reality user cognitive behavior-design feature mapping model.Guided by user behavior cognition,the characteristics of multi-channel information resources in VR system are analyzed.Construct the conversion space between user cognition and VR system design elements,analyze the resource processing process of user cognitive behavior and attention mechanism in VR system,and separate out the resource-behaviorelement mapping knowledge node.(2)Based on the analysis of multi-dimensional correlation features,the virtual reality scene design guidelines are obtained.Based on the low load demand of human-computer interaction cognition,the incidence matrix of VR system scenario resource characteristics is constructed.Taking users’ objective cognitive behavior data and subjective experience evaluation data as indicators,a two-way coupling complex network interaction model is built;The organizational structure and dynamic change law of VR system design elements under multi-dimensional correlation are analyzed by scale-free network topology theory;Through the objective correction characteristics of entropy weight method combined with QFD method,the importance of users’ low cognitive load demand is transferred to the design resource elements in the mapping space,Therefore,the importance ranking is carried out,and the results show that the CR values of AHP-QFD models based on cognitive load are all less than 0.1,which is a design guideline for intelligent resource optimization methods to separate out important knowledge nodes and deduce virtual reality scene construction.(3)Intelligent aided optimization design elements predict users’ cognitive loadThe cognitive load experiment of VR system task situation is carried out on users,and the data of CNN input set and output set are collected through the experiment,so as to build CNN system and predict the cognitive load and satisfaction of users in human-computer interaction in VR system.The mean square error MSE of CNN prediction model network is 0.004247,which proves that this model is effective.The intelligent optimization genetic algorithm is introduced into the feature optimization of VR system design elements,and the user’s cognitive low load principle is taken as the objective function,and the important knowledge granularity nodes are taken as fitness functions to act on the optimization process of VR system design resource elements.In this way,the design elements in virtual reality(VR)scene design can be effectively organized,thus improving the efficiency of designers in building VR systems.(4)Research on the application of virtual reality systemCombined with the task information interface of VR system in a smart city,the application research of system resource feature optimization method under multi-channel cognition is carried out,and the interactive system of smart city is built under the guidance of the design guidelines of virtual reality scenario construction.According to the requirements of the same design task in VR system,Through the virtual reality eye tracking experiment,Comparing the scheme formed by the traditional design process with the scheme optimized by this method,the results show that users have lower cognitive load and better task operation experience when interacting with the latter scheme.Therefore,the optimization method studied in this paper can provide reference for the construction of virtual reality systems.
