For the banking and financial industry,the golden age has passed,and the current domestic and international economic situation and industry development environment have undergone tremendous changes.The banking and financial industry has been hit as never before,and mutual competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Bank transformation is imminent.Technological products with reliable quality,controllable risks,and quick response to the market are the key to satisfying the rapid business development of small and medium-sized city commercial banks.In order to enhance market competitiveness and gain a place in fierce market competition,Bank S is undergoing digital transformation.In order to achieve the goal of leading the business by technology,the Ministry of Information Technology has made comprehensive improvements to the quality management of Bank S.This article starts from the perspective of the integration of software testing and S Bank’s current project management,introduces the current quality management of S Bank,analyzes the problems in S Bank project quality management,and combines TMMI test maturity model and software life cycle theory.Constructed an improved system of S Bank quality management.Taking Internet financial projects as a case,the improved software quality management capabilities that have been proven through practice have improved the technical strength of S Bank’s quality management,and laid a data and normative foundation for subsequent TMMI4 or quality evaluation and continuous optimization.Has strong operability.It is hoped that the conclusions after comparative research and analysis can be used as a reference for improving the software quality of small and medium-sized city commercial banks at this stage.
