Research On Optimizing Z Bank’s Software Testing Management Based On TMMi

With the global adjustment of the industry and the introduction of the concept of data economy,digital technology has been rapidly developed under the call of the country,providing opportunities and challenges for the business empowerment and growth development of banks.Under the support of new technology,digital technology and banking business have been perfectly applied.The light capital transformation of the banking industry has become the industry consensus,and transaction banking and wealth management have become a hot spot.Banks have complied with the development of the times,actively implemented the strategy of data transformation,created the driving force of digital innovation enabling business growth,and boosted and accelerated economic development.In 2001,Bank Z became the first joint-stock commercial bank reformed from rural credit cooperatives nationwide;After years of rapid development,it became one of the first agricultural commercial banks listed in China in 2017.Bank Z is also implementing digital transformation,and has increased the budget of financial technology year by year.By improving the governance ability of financial technology,the bank will improve the probability of winning on the track of core business competition.However,the improvement of software test management ability is an important link in the improvement of financial technology governance.This paper starts from the pain point faced by Z Bank’s software test management,and finds the correct optimization solution based on the problem and targeted analysis;Through Pareto chart statistics,four main problems that need to be solved urgently are found;Based on TMMi(Test Maturity Model Integration)as the theoretical basis and referring to the special objectives and practices of the process area of TMMi model as the guidelines,the current software test management based on CMMI is optimized.TMMi is combined with CMMI;At the same time,use the internal project data of Bank Z to solve the problems of Bank Z’s test organization,test plan,peer review and test monitoring through quantitative analysis methods of decision tree and regression analysis;Formulate a practical implementation plan for the optimization of Z Bank’s software test management,and formulate effective implementation plans and safeguard measures for the optimization plan,and verify whether the expected optimization goal can be successfully achieved.Through optimization,solve these four problems of software test management,and promote the ability of Z Bank’s software test management to be greatly improved.Based on the idea of TMMi to optimize software test management,Bank Z has certain innovation and strong practicality,which also lays a foundation for the continuous improvement of Bank Z’s software test management capability.
