The real-time feature of video image makes it widely used in banking system,business promotion,remote conference,teaching,medical image analysis,industry,monitoring,military and management,etc.Therefore,it is of great significance to study video image processing technology vigorously.With the popularity of UHD video,the demand for hardware performance and real-time video processing technology is also increasing.This paper first analyzes the FPGA acceleration,the great significance of the application in the direction of image processing,and according to the current research status of video technology and the actual application scene requirements,designed a multi-channel video real-time processing system.The FPGA with high speed parallel processing ability is used as the core processor to complete the reception of 3840x2160@30Hz video stream from the4-channel HDMI interface in the front end,and the arbitrary scaling,rotation,transparency adjustment and multi-channel video roaming,stacking and fusion in any position on the 4K display in the back end.At the same time,this design on the FPGA hardware platform for the overall design of the logic design,online simulation and overall verification,on this basis,the video transmission card and output control card logic resource consumption and power consumption on the chip were analyzed.In this paper,the hardware of the multi-channel real-time video processing system is designed firstly.The video capture card is mainly designed based on the 4-layer circuit board,including HDMI decoding,FPGA configuration,optical port output and other modules.Secondly,the bilinear interpolation scaling algorithm is used to achieve arbitrary scaling of the video with the highest resolution of 3840x2160 based on FPGA platform.Alpha superposition fusion algorithm is adopted to realize roaming superposition of multi-channel video at any position and transparency adjustment of any channel.Thirdly,the user can send the Angle parameter through the serial port,and realize the 0-360 ° rotation of the image under the condition of low loss.Finally,the multi-channel real-time video processing system is debugged and analyzed,the key and difficult problems of system integration are analyzed and the solutions are proposed,the display effect of the multi-channel real-time video processing system is shown,and the FPGA resource consumption and system power consumption are analyzed.The experimental results show that the design of the multi-channel video real-time processing system has obvious advantages in system performance and flexibility,has good application value,and also meets the market demand.
