Design And Implementation Of Software R&D Whole Process Management Platform For Internet Companies

With the rapid popularization of 4G network,the rapid development of mobile Internet leads to more and more business requirements of mobile applications,and the iteration frequency of products is also higher and higher.It is very important to ensure the business development from demand management to function delivery on time.Effective whole process management helps to shorten the interaction cycle based on agile development mode,and improve the R&D efficiency and quality.This paper mainly analyzes and designs the R&D process management mode by combining with some internal project teams of an Internet company in China,to build a whole process R&D management platform applicable to each team in the company,and to provide an agile,integrated and efficient R&D management platform for R&D personnel.First,it will explain the current situation of R&D process management of each R&D team.Secondly,it analyzes the functional requirements and key technologies of the whole process R&D management platform,and puts forward the goal and framework of the platform.Then on this basis,it discusses the key functions of the whole process R&D management platform,and finally summarizes the actual application of the whole process R&D management platform.By standardizing the R&D iteration process and building and publishing based on docker container,the problems of R&D inefficiency and environment confusion are solved.The platform enables R&D personnel to focus on business realization,freeing up a large amount of non business time consumed by R&D personnel due to environmental inconsistency.According to the statistics,the R&D efficiency can be improved by at least 30%,and the resource utilization ratio of the testing machine is increased by about 2 times compared with the past due to the containerization technology.
