As the most upstream industry in the chip field,EDA is used in all aspects of integrated circuit design and manufacturing.The integrated circuit industry has been developing for a long time,and the EDA market is also expanding.K company’s electronic system-level simulation software is a niche EDA tool.By modeling each module or subsystem of the communication system,a complete data flow simulation link is established on the computer side to estimate the basic performance of the entire communication system,helping developers to speed up the workflow at all stages from system design to hardware verification.Based on the analysis of software project management and Scrum agile development,this paper takes K company’s simulation software as an example to study the improvement of delivery efficiency.Provide some inspiration and reference for other companies by exploring the practical delivery problems encountered in the process of simulation software project management through the study of a company that faces the challenges of high-technical difficulty,diverse needs,strong time sensitivity,and a wide range of customers.This paper first introduces the background and purpose,introduces the relevant domestic and foreign research status of the software project management and Scrum agile development,and then introduces the environment and delivery efficiency of K company’s simulation software project.Identify the reasons that affect the efficiency of software delivery,including the project life cycle,organizational planning,and task management,and adjust the three aspects to improve the efficiency of product delivery.The research methods of this paper include secondary data analysis,questionnaires,and literature research.The innovation of this paper is to improve many aspects of software project management by practicing the Scrum agile development model,to improve the delivery efficiency of high-tech software products in the traditional industrial field,and better adapt to the challenges of rapid iteration of technical standards and requirements,namely while meeting the rapid changes in customer needs,it effectively shortens the time for software version release.There are 24 figures,12 tables,and 36 references in this paper.
