During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,China has built the world's largest information and communication network and made comprehensive progress in Internet infrastructure construction.As of December 2020,the number of mobile Internet users in China is nearly 1 billion,and the growth momentum of mobile applications is stabilizing.Therefore,it is urgent to standardize the APP design process,improve the user experience,and bring new growth points to mobile applications.The research will optimize the interaction design path as the starting point,strengthen the rational deduction ability in the design process,and reduce the dependence on perceptual factors.Based on the principles and methods of axiomatic design,this paper maps the interaction design process based on the axiomatic design framework,and deconstructs the user domain,function domain,physical domain and process domain of axiomatic design.Analyze the demand in the user domain,collect and classify the user's demand by Kano model,and get the weight and ranking of user's demand.The function was decomposed in the functional domain,the correlation degree between the function and the demand was clarified through the quality function layout,and the weight of the functional requirements was calculated.The design parameters were laid out in the physical domain,and the functional requirements and design parameters were mapped and decomposed by the axiomatic design derivation relation to obtain the APP information architecture.The design application was carried out in the process area.The APP interactive system prototype and interface were designed through the information architecture,and the usability of the design was verified by the interaction evaluation system.Qualitative and quantitative research methods were combined to optimize the design process based on data analysis.A prototype derivation model of the APP interactive system was built,and then applied and verified.The results show that by standardizing the design process of APP interaction system,the dependence on perceptual elements in the design process is reduced,which has a certain significance for the optimization design of APP interaction system.
