In recent years,with the development of robot technology and wearable technology,flexible piezoresistive pressure electronic skin with pressure sensing function has gradually become a research hotspot,and has been applied in biomedical,humancomputer interaction and other fields.However,the traditional flexible piezoresistive pressure electronic skin has limited its application because it is difficult to have the sensing unit with both high sensitivity and wide range of pressure.Therefore,in order to solve the problems such as high hysteresis and incompatibility in both high sensitivity and wide range of piezoresistive pressure sensing unit,a flexible pressure sensing unit with high sensitivity,wide range and low hysteresis based on regular crack and double-layer cooperative conductive structure was proposed in this paper.In this study,graphene sheets/sodium polystyrene sulfonate were selected as raw materials to make a high conductive layer,and carbon black /UV glue was selected as raw materials to make a low conductive layer.The sensitive mechanism of regular crack and double layer co-conductive structure is studied.The static and dynamic characteristics and bending characteristics of the sensitive element are analyzed.On the basis of the research of the sensor,a flexible pressure sensing unit with high sensitivity and wide range and a flexible pressure sensing array are designed.The working principle and characteristics of the flexible pressure sensing unit were systematically studied,and the structure design and preparation process of the flexible pressure sensing array were studied.Based on the sensor unit and its array,the data acquisition lower computer system based on ZigBee wireless transmission and the data processing upper computer system based on LabVIEW were designed to match the resistance value change and response ability.The upper and lower computer system is transmitted through the Ethernet transmission module based on FPGA.The experimental results show that the system can realize the wireless transmission of the terminal,the pretreatment of data acquisition,the further processing of the data collected by the lower computer and the visual display of the data,which indicates that the flexible pressure sensor array system has the potential to broaden the application range of the flexible pressure electronic skin.
