In recent years,with the rapid development of the world’s space technology,more and more unknown areas in the vast space are waiting for people to explore.However,affected by the environment around the unexplored area,many people in the region are still unable to get involved directly.This requires a transportation platform system with functions such as autopilot and intelligent control to play a role in this field.In the context of the rapid development of intelligent control technology,how to apply intelligent control technology to China’s aerospace field is an urgent problem to be solved.With the extension of human exploration,it is believed that in the future exploration,the intelligent transportation platform will also play an increasingly important role.This research develops an intelligent transportation platform system based on Siemens control and wireless remote control composite control.The main research contents are as follows:First,with Siemens PLC as the control center,build an autonomous control system of the intelligent transportation platform to achieve automatic driving control of the transportation platform.According to the needs of the automatic control of the transportation platform,select the appropriate PLC and expansion module,use the photoelectric sensor to collect data,build an automatic control system such as detection,processing and execution;write the ladder language to realize the autonomous intelligent control of the control system.Second,using the hardware structure of "Industrial Control Board + Ardiuno",based on the construction of RTP real-time remote transmission protocol,the motion control function of the intelligent transportation platform is realized,and Direct Show streaming processing technology is applied to the RTP transmission protocol.Through Filter structure design,the real-time transmission of control information from the transportation platform to the control network is realized,and the video and information long-distance transmission function of the intelligent transportation platform is realized.Third,on-site actual measurement of the intelligent transportation platform system to ensure the reliability of the platform system,so that the platform system is close to the actual space needs.
