Research On Performance Modeling And Simulation Of Information Service

System architecture simulation is the design and blueprint of information system.System architecture simulation can estimate in advance whether the constructed system can meet the design expectations.However,the current mainstream architecture simulation methods lack the means to accurately predict the service performance attributes in the early stage of system life cycle.Aiming at this problem,this thesis takes the modeling and simulation method of information service performance as the research objective to provide method support for effective information system simulation.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1)Service classification model based on information life cycleBased on the data life cycle model,information services are classified at three levels according to their functions,and the factors that define and affect the performance attributes of each category of information services are provided.From two perspectives of information production and information consumption,the thesis divides the information production into 14 categories and information consumption into 11 categories.2)Information service performance modeling methodSimulation method on a mainstream architecture lack performed early in the system life cycle service performance attributes accurately forecast method,according to the different characteristics of the information service,based on Laguerre forward neural network is put forward,multitasking learning and integration of information service performance modeling method,illustrates using the advantages of various methods and reasons.Taking information migration service,information retrieval service and data cleaning service as examples,the performance influencing factors are analyzed,and the performance model is established.Combined with the above proposed method,the ablation experiment of influencing factors and the comparison experiment with other methods were carried out respectively to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method and model.3)Design and implementation of information service simulation engine based on CloudSimBased on the study of CloudSim simulation engine principle and operation mode,combined with the modeling method in this thesis,information service performance,extended length of task execution prediction method is proposed and the realization method of dynamic information service to strategy based on extended Cloudsim simulation engine,in the information retrieval service,for example,has carried on the service reaches the response times of dynamic forecasting,is verified by experiment in this thesis,the effectiveness of the modeling and simulation method of information service.
