Software Defined Network(SDN)is a network technology emerging in recent years.The dynamic programming of field equipment is realized by separating network control layer and data forwarding layer.At the same time,SDN technology provides a new technical solution for the unified control and communication conversion of heterogeneous networks.With the continuous expansion of SDN technology,the use of SDN technology to solve the problem of industrial network has attracted academic attention.In the industrial heterogeneous network composed of multiple units such as industrial field network,industrial backbone network and protocol conversion device,the use of industrial SDN technology can effectively manage the global network and realize the transmission of cross-network data flow.SDN manager is the core unit of industrial SDN,but at present,SDN managers lack support for industrial characteristics,they cannot effectively manage protocol conversion devices and support northbound interface services.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on industrial SDN technology and develop an SDN manager suitable for industrial application characteristics.Aiming at this goal,the main work of this thesis is as follows:1.This thesis analyzes the key technologies of SDN and industrial network,and summarizes the design requirements of industrial SDN manager and the problems to be solved when SDN technology is applied to industrial heterogeneous network.2.The industrial SDN manager scheme is designed,in which the management method and northward interface of the protocol conversion device are studied.A southward management frame for the communication between industrial SDN manager and protocol conversion device is developed,which realizes the registration and disengagement,information reporting,conversion function and collaborative conversion of protocol conversion device managed by SDN manager.In addition,a group of northward interfaces for industrial SDN manager is proposed,which realizes the unified opening of the bottom network to the users by integrating the communication resources of industrial network and field equipment.3.The industrial SDN manager is implemented by programming.In particular,on the basis of the open source SDN manager Ryu,the switch registration,topology information maintenance,flow table issued,flooding module and network object management module of protocol conversion device are developed.Besides,the management modules of protocol conversion device and northbound interface are built.The implemented SDN manager realizes the effective management for the protocol conversion device,and meet the users’ demand for industrial field network management configuration.4.The experimental test platform is built to verify and test the function and performance of industrial SDN manager software,and the experimental test results are analyzed.The test results show that the industrial SDN manager designed in this thesis can efficiently manage the protocol conversion device and achieve the core functions such as the northward interface for industry.The research work of this thesis has a certain reference value for the application of SDN technology in industrial network.
