At present,with the continuous improvement of people’s material living standards and the change of family concept,pets have become a member of many families,and more and more people begin to raise pets.About 80% of the single population in China are young people.In order to break the sense of loneliness,the young people born in the1980 s and 1990 s have become the most favorite group.With the accelerated aging of society,to a certain extent,it also promotes the development of the pet industry,and the empty nest elderly pet has gradually become a mainstream.With the increasing number of pet owners,offline stores can no longer meet the needs of pet owners.With the continuous development of Internet technology,pet online trading platform appears.Compared with the use of PC terminal,mobile terminal has become the most convenient platform at present,which can make pet owners realize their needs according to app application.In the context of the rapid development of the pet market,a variety of pet app came into being.Throughout the whole environment,although there are many kinds of pet app,the development of comprehensive pet service trading platform is less,and now there is no outstanding pet service trading app product.Therefore,service design thinking is particularly important.Integrating the service experience centered app product design concept into the interface design of pet service trading platform can better help the development of this market.Based on the analysis of the current situation and trend of pet service trading platform and interface design,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of pet app in the emerging stage,and summarizes the factors that affect the user experience.Combined with the analysis of the existing pet app design style at home and abroad,this paper studies the role of benign mobile phone interface design on pet service trading platform,from the three aspects of visual presentation,interface operation and user experience Through the research results,three design principles are summed up: the combination of unity and difference,the combination of simplicity and identification,the combination of humanization and personalization.This research will help the development of pet service trading platform and standardize the interface design of pet app,so as to better realize human-computer interaction.Therefore,it has good research value to explore the potential needs of users,realize the user service experience,and achieve the business value of enterprises and businesses.Finally,through the design practice of "you pet circle" project,the correctness of the proposed design ideas is verified,and the theory forms the actual research results.
