| As the role of human resources in enterprises becomes more and more important,the core skill of "interview" is also moving in a more scientific and standard direction.Traditional interview methods are increasingly unable to meet the requirements of modern enterprises for recruiting talents."Fair","Scientific","Standard",and "Efficient",the structured interview that combines many of the above advantages gradually comes to the fore in nowadays.As a famous Internet game media in China,Gamersky has maintained a good momentum of development from beginning to end.In this cases,the human resources department is burdened with huge recruitment pressure all year round.However,in terms of recruitment methods.The use of traditional interview methods is indeed extremely inefficient.These typical problems,such as "appearance of candidates","superstitious experience of large companies",and "interviewer’s subjective feelings",not only restrict the recruitment of talents but also leave hidden dangers for the future development of the enterprise.Based on this situation,this paper focus on the recruitment of content editors in the promotion of structured interviews in Gamersky Company.This paper first elaborated the overall background of the topic,and summarized and analyzed the current situation of research at home and abroad.Based on the summary of the status quo of structured interview,through the method of literature review,this paper systematically introduced the definition and basic theory of structured interview.And for the reliability of structured interview,the validity of structured interview,situational interview and behavior description interview are well summarized and explained.In view of the research object of this paper,go deep into the enterprise,starting from the interview situation,using qualitative analysis method to analyze the recruitment problems encountered by Gamersky,and detailed analysis of the cause of the problem.Encountered by Gamersky,and detailed analysis of the cause of the problem.Through the detailed analysis of the above problems,it is decided to use structured interview as the core means of recruitment optimization strategy can effectively solve the current problems in the enterprise,and develop multi-dimensional,multi-angle optimization strategy and means.Finally,the whole implementation process of structured interview is described.And the optimized effect is analyzed by scientific means.The conclusion is proved to be valid.I hope that the results of this output will help Gamersky to boost its performance and escort the future development of Gamersky. |
