With the integration of global economy,the competition among enterprises has become more and more intense,and the external environment faced by enterprises is changing greatly.In the new era,with the increasing contribution of China’s IC industry to the national economy,it plays a key role in accelerating the transformation of economic development mode and promoting the growth of emerging economy.However,due to the relatively weak economic operation,private listed companies fall into financial difficulties,which results in the decline of corporate value.Goodix technology,as one of the representative enterprises of integrated circuit industry,is committed to chip design and software development,and has good overall benefits.This paper analyzes and finds out the key driving factors that affect the value of Goodix technology enterprise,so as to improve the enterprise value and make it invincible in the competition.This paper first grasps the general situation and development characteristics of the enterprise as a whole.Secondly,by comparing the enterprise value evaluation methods,this paper uses the EVA method under the income method to establish a two-stage model,and uses the EVA evaluation model to evaluate the enterprise value.Then,based on the outcomes of enterprise value evaluation,the author understands the influence of weighted average cost of capital,total capital and net operating profit on Goodix technology’s EVA.Starting from the principle of confirming the value drivers of financial and non-financial enterprises,the author deeply analyzes the influence of debt capital ratio,input capital turnover rate,profit margin drivers and other factors on enterprise value.In addition,the author puts forward some strategic suggestions on the existing problems of Goodix Technology(such as,the low debt capital ratio,the decline of accounts receivable turnover rate,and the inventory turnover rate lower than the level of the same industry)and how to maintain the existing advantages and improve the enterprise value.For example,increase the proportion of debt capital,optimize the capital structure,reduce the cost of capital,strengthen the level of debt,operate their funds flexibly to strengthen the core business of IC design enterprises such as R & D activities and market segmentation,improve the speed of accounts receivable collection,reduce inventory backlog and so on.Above all methods can be used to enhance the enterprise value.Based on the relevant theories,this paper analyzes the impact of value drivers on the enterprise value of Goodix technology,and puts forward reasonable suggestions on how to improve the enterprise value,so as to provide a reference for small enterprises that are just starting,large enterprises that are mature,or enterprises seeking to improve the enterprise value.
