| Domestic interactive product design,especially service management software,has little research on user experience.The mature theoretical research and practice had conducted by foreign researchers.Also,some commercial companies had developed and applied early Customer Management System like: "Oracle","Siebel".The main problem of such products is that they do not consider the user experience as the principle element in the design process,also,ignored users’ subjective needs such as pleasure,comfort,smoothness,etc.Existing researches are mostly based on enterprise efficiency improvement and tool design requirements.A few researches focus on the multi-user roles involved in the product,and there are few related researches on user experience requirements.Fogg Behavior Model was proposed by Professor FOGG of Stanford University to effectively stimulate and transform user behavior.In recent years,it has been widely used in research fields such as psychology and sociology.Based on the concept of the Persuasive Design Model and Service Design,the thesis analyzed the existing user experience problems of To B products(Service and Management Software).By systematically collect thesis,getting questionnaire surveys and experience measurement,etc.The thesis collected scene(behavior)data,motivation data,and ability data from users who use software like the "driver tribe",in the mean time,combined the Honeycomb Experience Model to sort and analyze user data,designed and proposed a set of efficiency tool design methods based on user characteristics and experience analysis,which effectively transforms and promotes user behavior,and gave a design implementation plan for how to appropriately transform and reach users with different abilities and motivations.Obtained a design method under the FBM behavior model to guarantee the user growth of the "Driver Tribe" which From three aspects of enhancing user motivation,improving user capabilities,and adapting the trigger mechanism.Besides,the guidance and feasibility of the FBM behavior model for the transformation of user behavior are discussed.Put forward an interaction design method library based on FBM behavior model and user life cycle theory.Combining the research of user characteristics,it provides suitable user conversion methods through stimulus,triggering,prolonging,and motivating methods.Based on the supplement and verification of the FBM behavior model and service design method theory,by applying it into the optimization experience design of the question answering tool of "Driver Tribe",the design method and strategy are verified feasibility.Finally,it shows its broad prospects in enhancing the value and competitiveness of service management software. |
