| In recent years, due to the emergence of the epidemic and the development of technology, telecommuting has gradually become the new norm in the office, and problems in this field have emerged, such as difficulty in getting into work, low concentration, and low efficiency.Remote instant messaging office software is an essential vehicle in telecommuting,so a study from this perspective is of great value to improve employee efficiency and low concentration and other problems. This paper first summarizes the research on the literature related to telepresence office software, mind flow theory and user experience design, and summarizes the three levels of telepresence office software design by integrating the knowledge of design and psychology using the interdisciplinary analysis method.Secondly, through the survey and research on telecommuting industry and people,we summarized four user needs of telecommuting people and two dimensions of mind flow experience.Through the above three levels of research,a model of telepresence office software mindstream hypothesis based on user experience is constructed.Again, the influence relationships of various variables in the model are verified through qualitative and quantitative research methods to obtain the final influence relationship model, and the design strategy of telepresence office software user mind-flow experience is proposed from the three levels of software design for design practice and verification. This paper aims to improve the efficiency and concentration of telecommuting, enhance users’ mind-flow experience in telecommuting environment, enrich the theoretical research on the experience design of remote instant messaging office software in China, and provide reference for the design of telecommuting applications. |
