How to make a reasonable match between foods in order to make them both nutritious and delicious has been paid more and more attention.In today’s era of advanced science and technology and higher and higher quality of life,frozen food appears more and more frequently in people’s diet,but due to the strict requirements for the distribution of frozen food,special attention should be paid to the distribution of frozen food.If the distribution path of frozen food can be reasonably planned,it can not only save time and reduce costs for enterprises,but also ensure that the frozen food is delivered to customers with the highest quality.This paper mainly studies the common distribution path optimization of frozen food in G company’s cold chain logistics,the purpose is to reduce the distribution cost of cold chain transportation and improve customer satisfaction for G company.First,we refer to a large number of literatures and analyze the research significance of the selected topic and the current state of research at home and abroad,analyzes and summarizes the trend of frozen food transportation and the places available for research,then investigates and analyzes the logistics distribution of company G,and summarizes the problems existing in the distribution process of company G according to the data of field visit and investigation,Based on the real distribution mode and one-to-one simple distribution mode of G company,joint distribution is proposed.Then it studies the selection of merchants participating in joint distribution,selects the merchants suitable for joint distribution from the three-dimensional degree of product type,spatial distance and distribution time,gives the concept of customer adjacency and coincidence degree rules,uses the coincidence degree calculation formula to obtain the customer coincidence degree of different merchant combinations,and determines the merchants of joint distribution through the comparison of combination coincidence degree.Finally,the vehicle routing problem of joint distribution merchants is studied.Considering the factors of customer satisfaction,on the basis of vehicle transportation cost,refrigeration cost,cargo damage cost and time window penalty cost,aiming at minimizing the total distribution cost of G company,a mathematical model of vehicle routing optimization with soft time window is established.Because different products studied in this paper cannot be distributed together,and the number of vehicles allocated between different products is different,then design ant colony algorithm to solve the model.Finally,the algorithm program is written with MATLAB to get the best distribution scheme at present.The method proposed in this paper can reasonably determine the merchants and distribution routes involved in joint distribution,increase the efficiency of joint distribution and reduce the distribution cost.
