| New Retail,as a new consumption model combined of the best in physical and online retail,has gradually become prevalent.The cold chain logistics has developed from the traditional B2 B only model to a B2 B and B2 C coordinated model.The B2 C model based cold chain logistics bears the characteristics of scattered order demand,small order scale,and high delivery cost,which restricts its large-scale application.Despite the fact that B2 B model based cold chain logistics is more mature,this mode still has some drawbacks like low distribution efficiency and high cost.Under the circumstance of new retail,this paper proposes a joint cold logistics distribution model that integrates both B2 B and B2 C models.Firstly,we develop an advanced cluster algorithm,based on which the common delivery of C-end distribution points are determined with original B-end customers.Then we elaborate our proposed joint distribution mode.This mode contains two main parts,the distribution center location problem and route optimization problem.The main contributions are as followed:(1)Analyze the B2 B and B2 C distribution modes of cold chain logistics in the context of new retail,and propose a joint distribution mode that integrates the B2 B and B2 C modes.We improve the cluster algorithm to classify the many C-end users around the distribution range,with which we can determine the distribution point for preparation of joint distribution mode.(2)A two-level joint distribution model based on B2 B and B2 C with the goal of minimizing the total cost is constructed.The upper model aims at minimizing the total cost,and an improved genetic algorithm is designed to realize the location of a common distribution center;the lower model design the vehicle allocation plan and vehicle route of the distribution point planning,aiming at the smallest delivery cost and uses an ant colony algorithm.There is a mutual linkage and mutual restriction relationship between the upper and lower layers of the model.(3)We solve the proposed model,and verify the effectiveness of the model based on a true enterprise data.Simulation is conducted in MATLAB2019.With the comparison and analysis of the simulation results,it is demonstrated that under the background of new retail,cold chain logistics with joint distribution mode can greatly improve the efficiency of distribution and reduce the cost of distribution.The two-level programming model has a good effect on the problem of joint distribution center location-path optimization. |
