Space Traveling Wave Tube(Space TWT)has excellent performances including high power,wide frequency band,long life,and anti-radiation.It is an irreplaceable core device for space systems such as satellite communication systems and radar systems.Its high reliability ensures the stable operation of space systems.With the tide of the fourth industrial revolution,digital manufacturing has become the development trend of Space TWT industry at home and abroad,which promotes the development of information management research for Space TWT.The production process data of a Space TWT is an important basis for examining whether the product performance meets the expectations and whether the reliability meets the requirements.For Space TWT with complex production processes,many varieties,high customization,and frequent changes in technical solutions,the traditional manual management of production process data exposes many problems,including the difficulty of data collection,inefficient manual management,difficulty in data analysis,and difficulty in product data traceability.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish a digital manufacturing information management system for Space TWT.The main work and innovations of this thesis are as follows:1.Combined with the research situation of the enterprise and the production process of Space TWT,the main functional framework of the system is proposed,including 8 modules,they are the data transmission,storage and backup module,product management module,warehouse management module,data acquisition module,data packet generation module,and data feedback module.,data display and analysis module,user management module.2.Carry out research on the system from two aspects of hardware platform and software platform.In terms of hardware,it focuses on network wiring and server hardware architecture.In terms of software,propose development plans and storage scheme.In addition,the main database MySQL is designed in detail according to the system business.3.Based on the overall scheme of the system software platform,carry out detailed research on each functional module of the system.In the product management module,the idea of template is used to realize the association between design information and production information.In the data package generation module,the structured storage of the whole production process data is realized by using the product structure association.In the data feedback module,after adjusting the design model with the actual measurement data,the secondary simulation calculation is performed to realize the product performance prediction.4.Based on the overall scheme of the system software platform,carry out detailed business design for product management module,warehouse management module,data acquisition module,data package generation module,data feedback module,data display and analysis module,and user management module.And the test work for the system is completed.In this thesis,by building a digital manufacturing information management system for Space TWT,the information collection and structured storage of the whole manufacturing process of Space TWT from parts processing to product output are realized,and a history of the whole production cycle of the product is formed.Statistics for the production data and production performance prediction are realized.The system test proves the ease of use,reliability and security of the system.The system has been put into use in a company in Nanjing,and runs stably.The information management system in this thesis provides a new idea for the information management and application of Space TWT product production process.
