| Multi-site final assembly operation is a production mode of multi-client project parallel and multi-supplier collaborative remote assembly.The operation process includes material ordering,material arrival time coordination,assembly personnel dispatching,customer acceptance and other business processes,making control difficult.The current multi-site general assembly operation management mode cannot respond to customers’ demand for delivery time,and there are problems such as poor punctuality of material assembly,difficult scheduling of advanced assembly group and waste of waiting.On the one hand,it is necessary to manage materials and assembly group in fine detail through dynamic limited capacity planning,and to respond to customers’ demand for delivery time.On the other hand,it is necessary to standardize and informationize the operation process,so that the on-site situation can be quickly responded and the operation instructions can be issued,so as to ensure the effectiveness of the assembly site planning and scheduling control.In this regard,the thesis carries out the following research work:(1)Introduce the problem background and characteristics of multi-location assembly operations,including integrated customization requirements,the development status of integrator industry and the process of assembly operations;The characteristics of multi-site assembly operations were analyzed,and the multi-site assembly operations were classified as discrete assembly,in which the scheduling problem was classified as distributed project scheduling problem,summarized the research status at home and abroad.Expound the research purpose and significance of thesis.(2)Analyze the problems existing in the process of multi-site final assembly and system quality attribute requirements,and propose a three-stage operation control mechanism based on cloud computing.In order to realize information management and control,the selection of system development technology is carried out based on the characteristics of problem demand and control mechanism,and the advantages and characteristics of microservice system development technology are analyzed.(3)Design the system architecture of micro-service based on the determined third-order control mechanism and micro-service development technology.It includes application architecture based on domain-driven design and technical architecture based on Spring Cloud to ensure orderly,efficient and stable operation of the system and improve system quality attributes such as maintainability and scalability(4)The third-order control mechanism,with scheduling algorithm as the core,drives the control system to fine control the process of multi-site final assembly.Therefore,the scheduling problem of multi-site assembly process is a distributed project scheduling problem,and the rolling scheduling mechanism and constraint programming solution model are used to solve the problem and simulate the problem.(5)Based on research findings,the agile collaborative management and control system of multi-site final assembly process is designed and developed.Taking the application of an integrator of spray glaze production line as an example,the functional structure,use process and interface of the system are introduced,and the advantages and characteristics of the system are elaborated. |
