Research On The Factors Affecting The Performance Of Internet Public Welfare Crowdfunding Platform

Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development of China's economy has laid a solid foundation for the improvement of citizens' material living standards,and the ability of the public to participate in charitable activities has been greatly enhanced.As more people participate in charitable activities,the scale of China's charitable organizations is also In the continuous development and growth,the influence is constantly increasing.The emergence of charitable organizations has played an important role in promoting the prosperity of charities and the effective allocation of social resources.However,traditional charitable charities have defects such as single transmission channels,limited scope of dissemination,and lack of timeliness,which have bound the charity cause to a certain extent.development of.Since 2014,"Internet+" has gradually developed and dominated in various fields.Under this influence,the "Internet+Public Welfare" model was born,and because of its higher transparency,stronger timeliness,and faster dissemination.Speed and deep into the hearts of the people.Today,Internet public interest crowdfunding has become the main form of charitable donation activities.According to statistics,from 2016 to 2017,China has more than 1 billion people participating in donations through the Internet,and more than 80%of the income of some foundations comes from public donations from the Internet.With the advent of the era of big data,the public has changed the way of obtaining information in the past More people use the Internet to understand and participate in charitable activities.Internet public interest crowdfunding has not only increased the public's enthusiasm for participating in charitable causes,but also enriched the traditional charity.A single system provides a convenient channel for families who need help in the face of difficulties.Therefore,research on the performance factors of Internet public welfare crowdfunding platform can not only supplement the development of public welfare charity in China,but also promote the improvement of Internet public welfare crowdfunding projects.This paper first reviews the research status at home and abroad,and summarizes relevant literatures from the aspects of Intern et crowdfunding,Internet public welfare crowdfunding,and crowdfunding factors.At the same time,it defines the concept of charity and Internet public welfare crowdfunding,with the help of bounded rationality.Theory,social preference theory and bilateral market theory analyze the bilateral market characteristics of charitable donors participating in public welfare crowdfunding and Internet public welfare crowdfunding platform,and provide theoretical support for the research of this paper.Secondly,it expounds the development process and operation characteristics of Internet public welfare crowdfunding,and compares and analyzes Internet public welfare crowdfunding and traditional charity in terms of organization scale,funding source,project form and performance to highlight the importance of Internet public welfare crowdfunding in charity.In the empirical part,through manual statistics and Python tools,we grab the crowdfunding data of 301 closed individual disease-related help projects on the "Shui di chou",and use the fund-raising rate as the dependent variable,the number of times of forwarding,the number of donations,and the number of project progress updates.Descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,and regression analysis were performed as independent variables,population categories,beneficiary gender,and region as control variables.The empirical results show that the number of times of personal disease public welfare crowdfunding projects,the number of donations,the types of people and the performance of crowdfunding projects have a positive impact,and the fundraising goals and regions have a negative impact on the performance of the Internet public welfare crowdfunding platform.The beneficiary's gender,number of confirmations,and number of progress updates have no significant impact on individual-initiated personal disease public welfare crowdfunding projects.In the sub-sample test,the number of donations in adults and children,men and women,and public welfare projects in the eastern and western areas,the direction of the fundraising goals and the overall regression results tend to be consistent;in the children and the eastern project,the number of progress updates has a positive effect,and the number of times of forwarding have no significant impact;in the western project,the crowd category affects the fundraising rate,and the public welfare crowdfunding performance of children in the western region is higher;in the female project,the region has a negative impact on the performance of public welfare crowdfunding.Based on theoretical analysis,this paper analyzes the relevant influencing factors of the performance of individual disease-related help projects on the Internet public welfare crowdfunding platform through empirical methods,enriches the research on the factors affecting the performance of Internet public welfare crowdfunding platform,and also on the Internet public welfare crowdfunding.An attempt to influence the performance of individual disease-related projects has theoretical and practical significance.At the end of the article,based on the empirical results,the author proposes to expand the communication channels from the individual,the Internet public welfare crowdfunding platform,and the three national levels of the country,expand the scope of the help project through online social platforms,and continuously tap the influence of the promoters' social relations.Conduct effective information sharing,explore social capital in potential social platforms,and make relevant recommendations as accurate as possible.There are still some shortcomings in this study,which will be further studied in the future.
