This paper take Changde binhu park as an example, by studying the city park construction planning information, combined with major domestic and foreign research methods parkland, public welfare from the perspective of the establishment of the Lake Park as the center of the evaluation. Geographic information through maps, questionnaires and site visits manner of Changde City Lake Park to evaluate the overall results of the Lakeside Park admission is more convenient, but unreasonable in setting entry settings and public transportation facilities aspects; Bin Lake Park nearby residents by using a very high degree, the majority concentrated in the evening, walking and fitness-oriented activities; garden by the Lake Park for overall satisfaction, but in the water and other landscape elements, fitness facilities and other facilities as well as the use of garden space atmosphere and other activities aspects of dissatisfaction is high, affecting the garden by the park for recreation of overall satisfaction, but not satisfied with the core elements of the various effects that the excessive number of garden generated.
