College Graduates In Xinjiang Accurately Push Employment Services Research On Implementation Path

The notice of the general office of the ministry of education on further improving the employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates(no.5[2016]of the department of education)requires colleges and universities in all regions to establish and improve the precise push employment service mechanism,so as to promote more full and higher quality employment of graduates.The notice clearly requires that colleges and universities should provide accurate employment assistance.By collecting and sorting out the detailed information of graduates,we can fully grasp the position demand of the recruitment unit,and establish a detailed cmployment supply and demand information database,so that graduates’job-seeking intention and position information can be highly matched.By building an employment information platform that can precisely match and push,and making good use of websites,apps,WeChat and other new media,we can precisely connect with each other and push students and job information that can meet two-way needs.Screening graduates focus group,key support jobs,such as:from "cross tent card poor" family,remote rural students,ethnic minorities,such as physical disabilities students,implement "a man a" dynamic management mechanism of "one man,one policy",through the one-to-one,personalized support,precise ShiCe,precision push most matching jobs,eventually help graduates find jobs successfully.Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood.With the preferential enrollment policies for ethnic minority students,the number of ethnic minority college students in xinjiang increases year by year,which brings certain pressure to the employment of college students in xinjiang.But at the same time,as the core area of "One Belt And One Road" initiative,xinjiang’s common development in multiple fields has provided more employment opportunities for xinjiang.College education,how to make use of social development as a post talent to the need of society,especially in ethnic minority graduates,it was not sustained and healthy development of the education in xinjiang,the urgent need of economic development and social stability in xinjiang,but also good to carry out the national employment policies,solve the employment problem of major political issues.In this article,through questionnaire survey and field interview survey way to xinjiang agricultural university,graduating in 2017 ethnic minority university students’ employment situation analysis,the analysis results show that ethnic minorities in xinjiang agricultural university college students’ employment problem in colleges and universities of ethnic minority students professional skills to be effective to improve on the level of training and employment information platform construction,the student work service system needs to be perfect,graduate employment and professional mismatch leads to endorse the rate is high.Based on the data analysis of the questionnaire survey and the reference of foreign advanced practices,the paper puts forward the following five countermeasures and Suggestions.Second,we should improve the information base for ethnic minority graduates and job opportunities.Third,we should improve the employment service system and strengthen school-enterprise cooperation.Fourth,we should increase employ ment training for ethnic minority graduates and establish a correct outlook on employment.Fifth,enhance the level of application-oriented personnel training and enhance the employment competitiveness of minority college students.Through the above countermeasures,minority graduates in xinjiang colleges and universities can be pushed accurately,so as to improve the employment rate of minority students in xinjiang,enhance the employment satisfaction of minority graduates and employers,and realize the steady social and economic development of xinjiang.
