In May 2019,during a televised conference about national employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates,Li Keqiang pointed out:Promoting employment and entrepreneurship,especially among college graduates,is an important guarantee for sustained and healthy economic development,improvement of people's livelihood,and overall social stability.Public employment and talent service bureau of XPCC plays a very important role in promoting the employment of college students and increasing the employment rate of college students.In this paper,we use the questionnaire survey method.Taking the college graduates and the staff of public employment and talent service bureau of XPCC as the research objects,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the staff of Shihezi University,Tarim University and the public employment and talent service of the corps.20 questionnaires were designed for college graduates of the corps,and 650 questionnaires were sent out,628 questionnaires were retracted,and the effective rate was 95%.For the questionnaire designed for staff with 14 topics,37 questionnaires were sent out and 31 questionnaires were retracted.It is found that there are still some deficiencies of the employment public service for college graduates in XPCC,mainly including the poor awareness of the functions of Public Employment Service Agencies,the employment and entrepreneurship policy of Bingtuan is poorly known among college graduates,the staff of Public Employment Service agencies have insufficient knowledge of employment policy,and the channels of employment information are not enough,the Employment Guidance Service for college graduates needs to be strengthened urgently.This paper analyzes the reasons for the problems,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:improving the service function of the employment service institutions,opening Employment Service content,improving the comprehensive agency service model.Combining with the relevant departments,we should strengthen the propaganda of employment policy and use employment policy as a booster.We should strengthen training and study,improve staff matching,optimize the structure of employment service personnel.We will strengthen information sharing,promote intelligent services.We should attach importance to the employment guidance work and carry out the employment guidance service pertinently.
